Pluckdown: cancellation and refunds

Pluckdown is software, so nothing is shipped. Your license key is shown on the page as soon as your payment succeeds, and Pro is active the moment you paste it into the extension.

If Pro is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. You do not have to give a reason.

• Send the request to the address below from the email address you paid with, or include the Payment ID from your receipt.
• The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Banks usually show it within 5 to 7 working days.
• When a purchase is refunded its license key stops working, and a subscription is cancelled.
• After 14 days a payment is not refunded, but you can still cancel a subscription so that it does not renew.

This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

You can cancel at any time on the manage page: enter your license key and choose "Cancel subscription". You can also write to us and we will cancel it for you.

Once a subscription is cancelled, nothing more is charged. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the extension goes back to the free plan by itself. Your captures and settings stay on your device.

A plan bought as a single payment for one month or one year does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. A lifetime purchase has no renewal either.

Removing the extension from your browser does not cancel a subscription.
