TheSocialForks is a self-hosted platform. These terms govern the use of the software and any associated services provided at www.thesocialforks.com.

You may use TheSocialForks to:

• Manage and publish content to social media platforms you own or have authorised access to
• Create and manage advertising campaigns on connected ad platforms
• Monitor SEO performance for websites you own or manage
• Automate content creation and distribution within platform API limits

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use TheSocialForks to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party platform terms of service
• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited commercial messages
• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any third-party account or system
• Use the platform to manage accounts you do not have legal authority to control
• Circumvent rate limits, API quotas, or content policies of connected platforms
• Send marketing messages to US numbers via WhatsApp (restricted by Meta as of 2026)

4. Third-Party Platform Compliance

The Platform integrates with third-party social media and advertising APIs (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with each platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and API policies
• Ensuring all content published meets the respective platform's content standards
• Maintaining appropriate permissions and authorisations for each connected account
• Adhering to advertising policies when running paid campaigns

5. Intellectual Property

TheSocialForks software is provided under an open-source or proprietary licence as specified in the repository. Content you create and publish using the Platform remains your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THESOCIALFORKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
